Initially, Yabuno struggled to come up with ideas for Arkadimon Super Ultimate's design, contributing to its last-minute nature. His initial idea was a humanoid figure to contrast Ulforce V-dramon, but this changed when he saw a television news report about Nomura's jellyfish and was inspired. He presented two rough design proposals—one was humanoid, and the other consisted of a rough, tortoise shell-like body with many jellyfish-like tentacles. He was told that either design would be acceptable. In response, he combined aspects of both designs, resulting in Arkadimon Super Ultimate's finalized design.

Eventually, Arkadimon loses a fight against Zeromaru. Neo intervenes, activating a Digimental. With this, Arkadimon's most powerful form is finally born.

In this new form, Arkadimon was able to destroy large areas of land and kill entire armies with single attacks. Unable to watch the massacre, Zero evolves to Ultimate and continues the fight against Arkadimon. At this point, after a suicide threat from his sister Rei, Neo loses his will to fight. Demon then returns and seizes control of his creation from the inside - transforming it into his new Super Ultimate body, ending Arkadimon's existence.
